Holland lops type is hard to understand if you are a begginer.
In my opinion there are too many pet quality being bred, showed and registered here in Utah.
It is hard to understand the breed if you don't read the Standard of Perfection and if you do not have a knowledgable breeder that helps you.
Im not in every show, but the shows we've participated in the last few years,we were able to see the improvement of our herd.
Thick bones, short front limbs and good balance is our priority right now. We are striving to only breed high quality animals, that represent the breed well. Our pet quality are not sold with a pedigree as we strongly disagree with breeding inferior quality.
Are you a new breeder? Here are some tips. Spend enough to buy a good quality start. Long, thin bone rabbits are not what you are looking for.
You will benefit alot if you invest in a great quality line to start with.
Bone: Thick and Short
