This time of year every child in the world wants a bunny....the media, traditions and commercialism have trained children to relate spring with bunnies.
I have had so many people calling on my bunnies that it's overwhelming....in a good way. Most have the same story..."I have kids and I want to teach them responsibility......is a bunny a good animal for kids?" with all the respect bunnies are good animals for anyone, but kids are not good for bunnies.
I do not recommend giving a animal to a child to teach responsibility, if you buy a bunny from me, you are lucky because it will be potty trained and taking care of it will be a pleasure instead of a burden, but please don't expect children to take care of pets.
Children are not always gentle and they will stress the bunny to death. LITERALLY!!!!
If you are buying a bunny I recommend that you have clear expectations of your children and set boundaries, they are tamed and clean but they still animals and they cannot be on children hand all day or they will die.
I want to help you make the right decision, so if you have questions please email or text me.
