People all over the world has kept animals for food, work or hobby for thousands of years. Keeping livestock is nothing new to humans, however it pains me every time I visit someone and they have no respect to life or simply ignore the needs of animals.
I believe there are many ways to supplement your income but breeding bunnies ,selling their babies, starving them and calling that a hobby is a lack of respect for God who created these animals and also a lack of respect for your animals.I sell some of my animals and I charge a lot for them, if someone decide to buy my rabbits they paid so much that they will at least think twice before simply disposing them. Then I have a waiting list, no one unwilling to wait will buy my bunnies because I want to stop impulsive buyers. A rabbits just like any other animal need a clean supply of fresh water at all times, they need their houses clean and free of feces, they need hay and love. Anyone that has rabbits and neglects these responsibilities should seriously consider stop keeping rabbits because that's just ridiculous to call a "hobby" something you don't care for, before they are someone's hobby they are a life and must to be respected!
